We have just two weeks until Help-Portrait Baltimore 2013!! It seems so soon, but it’ll be on us before you can imagine! One discussion that is always a little tough this time of year, but is one of the keys for a successful event for us is the financial support of our volunteers and our friends.
Each year we have a few expenses that we can’t get around spending some money on. These expenses include ink, paper, printers, batteries, gaffers tape and many more items that help make an amazing event. While it would be great if we made a list and people donated the items, we’re not sure where those folks will be serving and line up with the needs for those items. Instead of asking folks to buy the items directly, we ask for financial donations to help us cover those items and allows us to purchase them and direct them to the proper location during our planning and preparation stage. All donations are fully tax deductible and greatly appreciated.
