The Day’s Schedule
8:30 AM – Team leaders arrive and begin setup.
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM – Setup Time for Hospitality, Photographers & Retouchers
11:00 AM – 11:45 AM – Helping Up Tour
11:45 AM – 12:15 PM – Volunteer Lunch
12: 15 PM – 12:30 PM – Team Meeting
12:30 PM – Registration & Photography Sessions Open
5:00 PM – Event Closes – Tear Down Begins
6:00 PM – Tear Down Completed
The address is 1029 East Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD. They have reserved their back parking lot for our team. The parking lot is in the rear of their building at the corner of Lloyd St. and Watson St. There is not a fee for parking in this lot.
Please make sure that you arrive on time for setup and come ready to have fun and serve. The day can be a crazy and fun filled one, but it can also get a little hectic at times. We anticipate at least 100 people passing through our stations during our shooting window. We want them to have the best experience we can so arriving on time and staying on track is our key to a great day.

Please remember, Help-Portrait is about giving – using our time, gear and, expertise to give to those in need. We will all work together to make the day amazing for all involved. Please keep in mind that, depending on the need, you may be asked to fill a role that you did not sign up for. Stay flexible. Stay positive. We can make a big difference in the lives of those we meet and serve.
